Want to make that bass-line throb, find out how to get the drum break in time and make that all important final mix really professional?
Sidewinder will be running an informal audio master class to provide some in depth and hands on help for all your production dilemmas. Whatever your query, he'll try and pull an answer out the bag.
Glasgow designers 2 Fluid will be back once more completing artwork for the final release, this time demonstrating the thought processes behind creating artwork, the importance of artwork within the complete overview of a release, and artwork in relation to marketing (online and offline).

M-Audio (formerly Midiman) is a leading provider of digital audio and MIDI solutions for todays electronic musicians and audio professionals. They shall be present all day long demonstrating their latest version of Abelton Live, and will be running a competition to give away a free copy of Abelton.
For the second year running Radio Magnetic provide an insight into Scotland's leading online dance station and an opportunity to learn about the ins and outs of streaming media.
This year they will provide the opportunity to learn about.
• Encoding and converting musical formats
• Uploading music to audio servers
• Benefits of putting music online
• Provide insight into playlist selection for Radio Magnetic
• Tutorials on how to submit music for radio consideration
• How to get involved in the radio industry
People who bring their own demos will be able to have the music encoded and uploaded to a special Soma Skool page.
Representing the majority of Independent Music Labels in the UK, AIM promotes and protects independents on a national and international level. They shall present the focus points of the organisation and explain the need and purpose for Independent Music labels to be represented in this way with a 45 minute talk.

At its core, Rightsrouter co-ordinates and facilitates the online distribution of music for many independents, including online download, streaming and mobile delivery, the Rightsrouter Network contains thousands of record labels and hundreds of thousands of tracks - growing by the day. Rightsrouter shall answer questions on getting music online legally and host a 45 minute talk on the importance of online and the future of the business as it moves into this direction.
Thornton's, in addition to hosting the Law & Copyright panel conduct an idiot's guide to IPR, patenting and copyright, in relation to various areas of the music industry.
